How are the stars set?

Against the day's own top score, so a five-star day means the same thing whatever the letters. Par is 2 stars.

What's par for Lettergrams?

Par is 2. Albatross is the best grade you can earn.

Can you fail Lettergrams?

No. Every game you play counts as a result, so every day you play keeps your streak going.
