About Spelling Bee
Spelling Bee gives you seven letters in a honeycomb, one of them in the centre. Every word must use the centre letter, longer words score more, and a pangram that uses all seven scores extra.

How many points is Genius?
Genius is around 70% of the day's total, which is usually somewhere between 70 and 175 points. Par sits at 120, inside that range.
What's par for Spelling Bee?
Par is 120 points. Albatross is the best grade you can earn, and Scordle grades Spelling Bee in bands because the scores run so wide.
Can you fail Spelling Bee?
No. Every game you play counts as a result, so every day you play keeps your streak going.
