Does the timer affect my stars?

No. The stars depend only on the hints you use. Par is 2.

What's par for Stackdown?

Par is 2. Albatross is the best grade you can earn.

Can you fail Stackdown?

No. Every game you play counts as a result, so every day you play keeps your streak going.
