Yes, and Scordle reads hard-mode shares the same way. Par is 3 guesses either way.
What's par for Searchle?
Par is 3. Eagle is the best grade you can earn.
Can you fail Searchle?
Yes. A lost game is a Wipeout. It ends your Smart Streaks for the day, and in a competition it scores 8.
